9:00 – Check in and Registration

9:30 – Welcome and Housekeeping

9:40 - Summary of EE News and Initiatives for 2012, Preview of 2013

10:00 – 8 Mini Presentations– 15 minute formal presentations of people’s EE projects, lessons or curricula. 10-12 minutes of presentation, 3 to 5 minutes for questions (Power Point presentations must be emailed to weaverjc@missouri.edu in advance or be available for loading by 9 am)

12:00- Pizza Lunch and Poster Session (5 to 20 posters showing off projects, lessons or curricula)

1:00 – Table Talk #1 – four to six tables where people can talk about their projects, lessons or curricula in detail

1:30 – Table Talk #2 – four to six tables where people can talk about their projects, lessons or curricula in detail

2:00 Optional Issue Discussions for anyone who wants to stick around – One to eight issue discussions depending on interest:  1) EE standards and assessment, 2) Environmental career advising and training, 3) EE certification. 4) environmental justice, 5) stewardship, 6) marketing environmental messages 7) green schools program 8) other?

2:30 – Issue Discussion reports – 3 minutes each

3:00 – Conference review, MEEA business meeting
